• Black Women's Wellness Podcast

What if there was a centre of excellence focused on giving Black Women advice and guidance on how to improve their health and well-being? Let’s start with the ‘Black Women’s Wellness’ podcast, a one-stop shop for information, advice, community and support.

  • Black Women’s Wellness

Wants to create a safe space for black women to become better informed about common reproductive (issues/conditions/diagnoses) and other illnesses, the disproportionate impact these illnesses have on their lives and why their treatment or lack thereof in the NHS leads to far poorer outcomes for them compared to white women or other women of colour.

  • A Wellness Centre of Excellence.

There is a desperate need for a Black Women's Wellness Centre of excellence that focuses on black women and provides a holistic approach to research, treatment and preventative care. The mission of the BWW podcast is to be that online space until the physical space comes into being. Christine wants to bring together the voices of black women with lived experiences and black women medical professionals and experts who can share their wisdom and expertise and offer solutions to improve black women's experiences and outcomes.
